In this role, you will partner directly with the INNIO Head of FP&A, VP of Controlling, Base Cost FP&A Leader as well as respective operating leaders to ensure timely reporting of financials and operational KPI's for Cost accounts and CAPEX while also managing process automation.

Your Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in business planning session and support the development of short and long-range financial and business planning cycles
- Support the Head of FP&A and Base Cost FP&A Leader with actuals and planning key financial data, including Base Cost, CAPEX, Headcount, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize financial performance
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing insights to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency
- Lead monthly data collection and prepare respective presentation for the FP&A team
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing financial insights and recommendations to support CAPEX planning during re-forecasting / budgeting cycles
- Support Business Intelligence development projects, Planning tool development, anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures on Base cost and CAPEX process
- Ensure the accuracy of the organization's financial results
- Solicit feedback on planning cycle performance regularly and modify processes accordingly
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
- Professional experience in Accounting or Controlling ideally in a complex organisation
- ACCA / CPA qualification & Experience Big Four is a plus
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Fluency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
