Training Coordination Specialist (m/f/d) German Speaker

The Training Coordination Specialist (m/f/d) responds to all Jebacher training administration and planning related requests from customers, distributors, INNIO employees and other stakeholders. The role includes all aspects of training administration, such as single point of contact for training inquiries, training offers, order confirmation, scheduling, debriefing, invoicing and identifies continuous improvement opportunities for those areas.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support training administration for the whole INNIO Group, including training schedules, training event planning, trainer allocation, trainee enrollment, etc. for all in-house and on-site training activities for internal and external technical product training and for INNIO Learning
  • Keep track of all product training activities of the global INNIO Jenbacher distributor and Jenbacher Services product trainer network
  • Work with the Learning Management System (=LMS), training assignments and recording, support troubleshooting system issues at individual user request
  • Assist the roll-out, implementation and promotion of new training programs
  • Support training participants, trainers and other stakeholders with training logistics (accommodation, travel, etc.)
  • Create training offers, order confirmations and invoices for all Training Center related activities via Oracle
  • Secure and manage supplies, materials and vendors within expected schedules and budgets
  • Comply with all applicable INNIO EHS and integrity policies (Code of Conduct)
  • Comply with all relevant guidelines defined within the INNIO Process Landscape (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and Energy Management System (ISO 50001)

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business or comparable or adequate professional experience
  • Organizational skills in executing, analyzing and follow-ups on the day-to-day business
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with all levels of the internal and/or external organization
  • Strong proficiency with common MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ideally experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Strong customer mindset and professional collaboration with internal teams, vendors and all other stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written language skills in German and English

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.329,62 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
