Product Manager (m/w/d)

For our headquarters in Stans/Tyrol, we are looking for a dedicated member of our Marketing team (m/w/d):

PRODUCT MANAGER
(full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the product groups assigned to you and track performance
• Drive forward innovations and maintain vibrancy via relevant renovations
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Develop engaging and functional product packaging together with the purchasing and production department
• Conduct price and margin calculations, and derive recommendations for product pricing and promotional strategy
• Create effective sales materials
• Collaborate with our in-house graphics department
• Contribute to the creation of advertising materials (print, digital, OOH, TV)
• Master daily business (e.g., administrative tasks such as e.g., answering consumer enquiries, responding to consumer complaints and replying to requests from various stakeholders)

What excites us:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, product management, or in a technical field or equivalent experience
• At least 1-3 years experience in marketing, product management, or equivalent
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading projects successfully (stakeholder management, meeting deadlines, etc.)
• Organizational talent with a structured, independent way of working, and strong team player
• Analytical mindset and interest in technical requirements with regards to product development and production process
• Is performance driven, proactive and demonstrates strong problem solving skills
• Is detail oriented
• Is familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Must be fluent in German
• Previous experience in food retail or other FMCG sectors is a plus, but not a must
